Tootsee the Clown and Friends is an established company with over 19 years experience. Our fully insured performers are members of the World Clown Association and have attended many clowning conventions and schools across the east coast. Tootsee takes great pride in running a fun family oriented company, and is 100% dedicated to each and every event.
